BST sofware not working

I have installed and registered BST software. When I run it and connect a phone and press "Scan" button it stops working at once. I get this error message: see attached file (can’t upload it for some reason) These are some lines from the file

I sent e-mail to support – no answer yet.
My OS is Win7 x64 with all updates. I tried three Samsung phones with the same result. I also updated software to the last version, it didn’t solve the issue.

What should I do to fix this problem?
