Wrong communication with card!!!

then he must contact his reseller to get it fixed, or get it replaced.
To avoid such problems in future, please use good quality SmartCard Reader, preferably EMV SmartCard Reader.
Please do not post in forum asking us to fix it. Only your reseller can help you in such case.
From now, any post regarding this issue will be simply deleted, without any answer.
We will NOT entertain any Private Message regarding this issue.
If your reseller ask for time to repair/replace it, please co-operate with him. If reseller totally denied to help you, then you can post detail of your reseller in our section.
