Support Problem no Connection !

hello i’m trying to access the support section of my xtclip2 but i’m still getting this usage : Checking server connection…
Communicating with the XTC 2 Clip …
Connecting to the server…

Card Already Activated and functioning but still getting this usage.
i let it for several hours tried deff. things : Proxy,VPN but the same problem
Please be considered.
