Winning PayPal unauthorised payment disputes

Hi. I’d like to ask if someone has experience in winning PayPal chargeback cases. What can help to protect against those things excepting hard combat magic?

I know that since last summer they can protect sellers when fraudster opens dispute directly on PayPal – I won one case. But they say that can do nothing with credit card chargebacks because "Intangible items are not covered under Seller Protection". Is there any solution?
